• Please note that, due to the nature of the FDM 3D printing production process used to manufacture our Bonsai Pot Molds, orders typically require 3–7 business days for processing before shipping.

  For large or multiple-item orders, additional processing time may be required depending on the quantity and production schedule. We will provide an estimated processing time for larger orders when necessary.

• Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier services.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.
