Welcome to our website. By accessing and purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Product Information & Availability

  • All product information, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations may occur.

2. Payments

  • Payments must be made in full before an order is processed and shipped.
  • We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers.

3. Use of Products & Liability

  • Our molds are designed for casting purposes only.
  • While we provide accurate product descriptions and usage instructions, we are not liable for misuse of molds or damages resulting from improper use.
  • Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased item.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property, including product designs, molds, and website content, belongs exclusively to us and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
  • Customers are permitted to resell our molds bought from this website or use our molds to produce their own products (e.g., pots)  and may resell those finished items.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Each product is inspected before shipping. If a product is damaged or lost during delivery, please contact us through our Contact Us page. A refund or replacement will be arranged after inspection.
  • Our molds are produced using FDM 3D printing technology. Due to the nature of this process, visible layer lines and minor imperfections are normal. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, as every product is manufactured to order.

6. Shipping

    • Please note that due to the nature of the FDM 3D printing production process of Bonsai Pot Molds, your orders will take 2 to 3 days to process before shipping.
    • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier services.
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.
